Processing and Shipping Information
We ship products worldwide and the shipping provided is free of charge.
Processing and Shipping takes 19-29 business days since the day you submitted the order.
(Processing takes half of this time period and Shipping another half)
After the order was submitted, you will receive a confirmation email which will contain your order information and a Order Number.
(Please note if you have questions regarding the order, send us an email with your message and the order number included in the email. We will need the order number to check the status of your order)
You will receive a tracking number as soon as the package is shipped
(If shipping is taking longer than the estimated time please take into consideration that the shipping companies and customs might be busy due to the big amount of orders. Also shipping could take longer due to National or Public Holidays. We are always shipping as fast as possible and doing everything possible for you to get the package in time)
We provide tracking information for all orders. You will receive your tracking number as soon as the package is shipped, after the order was processed.
If you order multiple products, you will receive a separate tracking number for every single product, as we ship multiple products separately.
If there is a problem with the tracking number do not hesitate to contact us and we will give you a solution.
Clothing sizes go according to your Body Height and Weight.
The shoe sizes on the website are European, please check a International Shoe Size Conversion Chart to see the equivalents.
- All clothing must be returned unwashed and unworn with the original tags still attached
- No stains, pet hair, human hair, make-up, smoke smell, or other inappropriate smells
- Clothing that has been worn and/or washed cannot be exchanged or returned
- Shoes must be returned in the same state they were received. Unworn.
- Please use the box/package the shoes were shipped in to return the shoes. Do not place any shipping labels or tape directly on the shoe box/package.
- Please make sure shoes do not have any sock fuzz/lint, human or pet hair, dirt, or any other foreign substances before returning them.
Note: Any items sent back that do not abide by these guidelines will either be sent back to the customer or will be issued Blvcks store credit, at Blvcks Shop’s discretion. All Returns and Exchanges must be submitted within 10 business days since the arrival date of the product. Returns and Exchanges received after 10 business days may also be returned to the customer or issued store credit, at the discretion of Blvcks .Defective Product
Blvcks Shop want you to be completely satisfied with everything that we offer. This begins from the site all the way to the product you select. Product is deemed defective either by the manufacturer or Blvcks shop. Please note, product will not be considered for defect if you submit the return later than 10 business days.
All defective products should be shipped back to Blvcks Shop where our quality control department will examine it and do one of the following:
- Consider if defective through Blvcks Shop standards, and immediately ship your replacement or provide store credit for the cost of the item
- Consider if defective through Blvcks Shop standards, and offer a full refund
